To use an image from this site, you must first buy a licence from Cumbria Picture Library.  This will be non-exclusive (the image may have been used by other buyers, or may be used by other buyers in future, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This note does not replace the more extensive licence information contained in the Terms and Conditions, that you must agree to when buying a licence.
